Wife and I were about to purchase a new 2025 BMW X1, and then we found a slightly pre-owned ‘23 model and this dealership. I called the store and they connected me with Ebenezer. Explained that I’d be there in 1 hour and we arrived at 6pm. Test drove the Bimmer, did the deal, and headed home with our new car by 8:30pm. Nothing bad about the experience. Ebenezer was a pro. If you’re heading into Brandon Hyundai, ask for Ebenezer.

Malik was personable and did his job well (maximizing revenue for the dealership). Wish he would have given me a little bit more post-purchase support in nagging the other departments but I get he is probably more incentivized to move on to the next sale.

Highly recommend this dealership. They made the process easy. Krystle went above and beyond, even following me in my old car so I could get both my new car and old car back to my house. I had some issues with trying to sell my old car (that had nothing to do with Hyundai) and Krystle helped guide me in the right direction to get those issues figured out. Appreciate them and all their efforts. I was able to lease a 2025 Santa Fe for close to the amount I walked in hoping to spend per month.

Cash and Matt were nice enough at first I didn't care Matt, but after the initial deal was struck his personality changed. However, our salesman stayed consistent throughout and was like the energizer bunny lol but a nice guy and Robert the financial person I found him to be honest in his responses and actually not pushy he even offered to reimburse us for something we had just purchased the day before for a car I traded out of. Overall I highly recommend Robert because he was able to get Hyundai to finance all 3 of my new cars and kept my payments very close to what I was already paying but with way more perks bells and whistles. Cash our salesman will get extra points because he truly showed care for my well being. I hadn't eaten all day and was ready to faint, he took me in to the employees break room and served my husband and I a mini feast. Thanks Cash!!!! Hands down these best experience I have ever had buying a car. And I have brought a lot of cars. Brandon Succes blew me away. His professionalism and canter was outstanding. I am returning to withdraw my previous review. It has been a total nightmare since I purchased this Jeep from Hyundai. This vehicle was delivered to me without going through the 99 point inspection. Week 1 lights on the dash came on. Week 2 trip to autozone to get reading on diagnosis codes. Called Hyundai numerous times left messages for Mangement and sales rep to call me. The battery was on its last limb and unable to charge. I had to replace the Dash Cluster. ESC & Traction will not go off. Suspension was hanging on by a thread. One wrong turn or one deep pot hole/man whole, I would’ve lost my life. Right side track bar xxxx near fell apart. Right now I am at the point of reaching out to for legal help. I’ve called Hyundai numerous times to speak to the manger and I am still waiting on a returned call. It’s been five months since I’ve asked to speak to a manager again. Let me not leave out a small tiny crack is on the windshield when it arrived. I traded in my vehicle and wish like xxxx I didn’t. i will not be taking this post down. Therefore, do not call and ask me to remove it like you did the first and second time. My response to Hyundai will be the same response I’ve received from them through this whole nightmare. Tom Murman was our salesman-knowledgeable and respectful. My complaint is that there were numerous special deals offered on national TV, and yet we were not offered any of those deals. In fact, when I questioned them two days later, was told :"Oh, that's for a different vehicle." or "We aren't always up to date on national dealsl." I don't necessarily fault the dealership-buyer beware. But it would have certainly made a huge positive impression as opposed to the negative impression I now hold.

Was disappointed with the continued pricing games to squeeze additional unwarranted funds by the finance group even after the sales team had negotiated a deal. Start with a large advertised discount and then add back all kinds of fees to force the number up to ridiculous levels. It also was evident that this was common practice with other customers. The sales folks were good but I believe hampered by management practices that are misleading and feel deceptive. Took longer to get the documents signed than buying a home.

I feel like if i never asked he would have let my car sit there an extra day. Every time im at Brandon's Hyundai its a hectic, cramped space. I usually don't rate but I thought this was necessary. I have been going to this place for more than 13 years now, never had issues. One guy on my last service annoyed me so much that I would probably never go back there. I dropped my car and never heard from them for 4 hours, I called and the guy name Dave, didn't even know I have dropped the car and he is the assigned person. Then two hours later my car was still not in for service. I end up taking UBER home from the work and then again next morning uber again (not covered by Hyundai).Next morning my car was not even washed. When he tool my car to wash it smelled like weeds. Then today I happened to notice my car has 4 lugs missing from my back tire and one from the front tire.
