Great experience from start to finish with them. Initally was working with another dealership but wasn't getting anywhere. Reached out to Brandon and without question beat the offer from the first dealership. From there, they made the process super smooth. I have purchased 9 vehicles in my lifetime. This was by far the best and most enjoyable experience of them all. No pressure, a fair deal, in a wonderful building. Everyone I dealt with was customer focused. I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Sonata Blue Hybrid and it has exceeded my expectations. Great smooth ride, very well built, and a very nice interior. Exceptional gas mileage, 44 in the city, 53 highway. My sales person was Nasser Salim. Very professional, highly experienced, and really customer focused. Matthew and Valen were excellent. By far the best car salesmen I have ever worked with, fast, honest, not eager to sell you something you don’t need. Cannot speak high enough of these two. If you go to this dealership ensure you work with either of these gentlemen.

My husband and I were looking for a ‘mom car’ and after a long Sunday of searching we ended up at Hyundai at 5:30pm and they close at 6 🙈 they were amazing and didn’t rush us out the door. While I love the car, there’s been tons of issues but through all of it, Abel has been heaven sent. He truly cares about his customers and has been great every step of the way. One of the best car service experiences I’ve ever had.

Couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. Salesman Matin was awesome from beginning to end. We were way upside down on our car and Matin got sales manager Tyler involved and really helped us with a path forward.

left the dealership went out to the light turnt around and came back. Guido was nowhere to be found as I wanted to let them know that there was a vibration in the tires. I ended up telling Carmack he said it would be taken care of later. 4 days passed with no contact with Salesman Guido, not one call to see if I liked the car or to ask for referrals. I again told him my worries and his answer was Give us 10’s on the survey or we lose our bonuses. I received the survey in my email I did not answer it as if I did it would all be 0’s. Then a Tyler called me about the survey and they needed all 10’s. Then a Blake called me and told me the survey actually affected him not Guido. First off, I don’t like the bait and switch with Salesman, THE financing was strong armed to me to sign IT was 9:35 when I walked out of finance that day. All of a sudden, they were interested in what was wrong with my car because they wanted that survey all 10’s not me, not how I liked the car nothing about that. I had been sicked the 3 weeks after purchase with covid and covid related injuries. I told them I was having what seems to be transmission issues that when taking off it seemed to clunk, shifting was erratic and I was afraid to drive the car as I have a service dog and I can see us breaking down on the side of the road with no help and no ac.  I called Hyundai care when the car lit up like a Christmas tree and check engine light on. I drove slow and within like 10 miles everything seemed to go back to normal except the transmission and the auto braking and lane sensing was acting weirs as it would break me in the middle of a turn with no cars in sight and it doesn’t speed up to the speed set very slowly after it came back online. I told this all to Brandon at the dealership which I was told was the service manager he texted me on 3 different lines so I was not sure as to what line to contact him.  HE called me 2 weeks again said noting was found wrong 3ith the car but would keep it and he would drive it home a night and see. He drove it home and a week to this date the care sat with no one doing anything about it. I called and texted to Blake, Brandon and Tyler to talk to the GM about what was happening to no avail, no call backs or texts( I have all communication saved) They came and got my car to fix it and brought a car to me with less that ¼ tank of gas and the windshield wiper level lo. And expected me to fill things that had nothing to do with me. They came got the car on the 17th. I asked for paper work that said I was authorized to use the car. To date nothing has been set. Also talked to Blake about getting finance Manager to get ahold of me so I can cancel all add On’s as I wanted a clean deal. To date no one has reached out to me, also was supposed to give me the paperwork to terminate the wheel and tire on my trade in. that has not happened. I am owed about 11K from all this and they could care less I finally called HMC and talked to a case manager and not 30 min after talking to him did Brendon call me and said they couldn’t find anything wrong, wanted to know if I wanted him to drive the car home AGAIN to see what’s wrong. I sent them the codes that were showing on my app that happened prior to me having issues. I still have not heard from a sales manager, the GM or Tyler or Blake. I need the finance paperwork done as well as my refund for the wheel and tire I had paid for and should get a refund from. Also, there where things on the Maroni sticker that said where on the car, which were not and they based the car financing on some of these items. I think this is fraud for charging me for something I never got. This is the worse dealership I have ever worked with. Customer service would be a 0, Service a 0 and finance a 0   I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint as well as one with the Florida Attorney Generals office. I have contacted Florida Highway Patrol Dealership licensing division to file complaints and charges as well

Stay away from this dealership at all costs...I purchased a NEW 2026 Hyundai Kona Limited just 3 days ago and paid $40,000 CASH. The car is already back for service due to sunroof not operating properly. They now have to replace the sunroof motor which involves ripping out the liner which means I won't have my car back for several days. Absolutely not acceptable. I am asking for a new replacement as the car has only 105 miles on it and should be guaranteed under the Hyundai Assurance Program. I should have listened to many Hyundai custermers that buying a Hyundai was the worse thing to do. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. I am a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran and saved my money to buy a new car. All Veterans and potential customers should stay far away from purchasing a new or used vehicle from Brandon Hyundai at all costs.

Late last year I purchased a 2026 Toyota Tucson from this dealership. I decided at time of purchase to do a limited warranty, though I did not have to, but the salesman, Robert Leach who I worked with was really pushing for it. Within the week I changed my mind, did all the necessary paperwork to reverse the decision, and was promised a refund by the Financial Services Director. I have reached out to the company who does their warranties, they have refunded the money to Brandon Hyundai but Brandon Hyundai has failed to refund the money as promised, despite multiple attempts to contact someone to discuss this. I visited Brandon Hyundai to view a 2020 Toyota 4Runner Venture on Saturday, March 7th 2026, and my experience was a nightmare of safety negligence and professional misconduct. 1. Safety Negligence: During the test drive, the vehicle shook significantly at 60 MPH. The dealer admitted they knew about the alignment issue but hadn’t fixed it in the 38 days they had it listed for sale because they “only test drive on the public road in front of the dealership” which has a 50 MPH speed limit, and the shaking only began at 60+ MPH. They eventually replaced two tires and performed an alignment to make it roadworthy, then attempted to raise the asking price by $1,200, charging the customer for their own safety negligence, because now the vehicle was “more valuable” than without the repairs. 2. Bad Faith & Breach of Trust: I made a fair offer of $37K once repairs were completed. When Valen pushed for more, I said if they can’t agree to my offer, that’s fine, it’s only business. I had mentioned to my sales rep, Stefano, that I had another quote to consider. Valen Tenney asked to see it, claiming he wanted to “show his boss the competition” to help get my price approved. Instead, he used that information to secretly call the other dealership to check if their vehicle had sold, using my private information against me. 3. Physical Intimidation of a Pregnant Woman: When my wife and I decided to leave, manager Valen Tenney ran into the parking lot and chased us to our car. He began taunting us, asking “What’s Plan B?” now that the other vehicle I had a quote for was sold just one day prior, and accused me of “sneaking off”. Valen treated me like a criminal rather than a customer. Valen then stood in close proximity to my pregnant wife, his face turned red, his hands were flailing, and his voice was raised and aggressive, to the point where I felt it necessary to physically place myself between them to ensure her safety. He gaslit us, twisted our words, and attacked my character simply because we refused to accept a predatory deal. Summary: This dealership sells unsafe vehicles, uses your private information against you, and employs managers who physically intimidate pregnant women in parking lots. Avoid at all costs. I attempted to contact Brandon Hyundai directly on multiple occasions before escalating this complaint and received no response. I want to be clear; Stefano Santini was a great salesman. I came home Friday afternoon, after my first test drive before the vehicle was fixed, and told my wife Stefano was the most genuine salesman I've encountered in my life and trusted him. All the negative experience I've mentioned above was from Valen Tenney.

This dealership is why people don't trust car dealers and hate buying cars! I bought a 2023 Hyundai Palisade on 10/27/25 and have had an absolutely terrible experience. They can't be trusted to do what they promise, and they don't return texts, emails, or phone calls. To summarize, I found the car online and negotiated the price over the phone a few days before I wanted to pick it up. I stressed to Krystle Mendez (salesperson) and Valen Tenney (sales manager) that I was flying into Tampa, and wanted to have the car ready to go when I got there from the airport. I signed all documents electronically a few days in advance, and was promised by Valen that a salesperson would pick me up at the airport with my car, I could test drive it to the dealership, then be on my way. No one showed up, and I finally arrived at the dealership by Uber 45 minutes later. I then waited at Krystle's desk for a full 2 hours while the car was cleaned and prepped. After the test drive, I waited another 1/2 hour until I could finish up. I only then learned the car came with only one key. I told them I would need a second, and Valen told me he would put me in touch with a locksmith, which he didn't do. I asked if the dealership would cover the cost of the key since they'd wasted so much of my time, to which he said that this was a very reasonable thing to ask for. Days later, he went back on this, saying that he only meant that he would ask his manager, and that he never agree to pay for the key. This was shifty at best, a bald-faced lie at worst. He said he would go back to his manager and let me know what they would do for me. 10 days have passed, and multiple attempts to reach him have been ignored - I've been totally ghosted. I also specifically asked prior to the sale if the car had a digital key available, and I was assured that it did. After my info was input to the Hyundai database so I could activate the app, I found out a $30 per month subscription is required. Only the original owner has this included; a second owner requires a paid subscription. I absolutely should have been told this when I asked about it before the sale. I tried to get in touch with the general manager by emailing him through a link on the website. I've emailed him twice, and he also has ignored me. I called and asked to speak with him, and waited on hold for 30 minutes and he never picked up. This has been by far my worst car buying experience.

They also told me it doesn't come with a spare tire (a lie). I had to buy one on ebay. They also didn't give me any floor mats. The vehicle had tons of problems that should have not passed inspection (volume knob didn't work). My car was dead after 2 days. To make matters worse, they wouldn't send me a license plate for over 2 months. I had to keep calling and calling and they would just pawn me off to some random department. They tried to tell me I had to go to the DMV and pay for it myself, even through I literally paid for them to do that on my invoice. Insane! Will never buy from these guys again. Malik was personable and did his job well (maximizing revenue for the dealership). Wish he would have given me a little bit more post-purchase support in nagging the other departments but I get he is probably more incentivized to move on to the next sale.

The reason I gave this rating is said had the car I was buying and then could not find on one of their lots. I then had to come back 2 days later to do all the paperwork after work when tired ( originally there on Sunday), and get the car. Not how i wanted it. I am returning to withdraw my previous review. It has been a total nightmare since I purchased this Jeep from Hyundai. This vehicle was delivered to me without going through the 99 point inspection. Week 1 lights on the dash came on. Week 2 trip to autozone to get reading on diagnosis codes. Called Hyundai numerous times left messages for Mangement and sales rep to call me. The battery was on its last limb and unable to charge. I had to replace the Dash Cluster. ESC & Traction will not go off. Suspension was hanging on by a thread. One wrong turn or one deep pot hole/man whole, I would’ve lost my life. Right side track bar xxxx near fell apart. Right now I am at the point of reaching out to for legal help. I’ve called Hyundai numerous times to speak to the manger and I am still waiting on a returned call. It’s been five months since I’ve asked to speak to a manager again. Let me not leave out a small tiny crack is on the windshield when it arrived. I traded in my vehicle and wish like xxxx I didn’t. i will not be taking this post down. Therefore, do not call and ask me to remove it like you did the first and second time. My response to Hyundai will be the same response I’ve received from them through this whole nightmare. Tom Murman was our salesman-knowledgeable and respectful. My complaint is that there were numerous special deals offered on national TV, and yet we were not offered any of those deals. In fact, when I questioned them two days later, was told :"Oh, that's for a different vehicle." or "We aren't always up to date on national dealsl." I don't necessarily fault the dealership-buyer beware. But it would have certainly made a huge positive impression as opposed to the negative impression I now hold.
