I really enjoyed my salesperson, Gabriel. Didnt really care for the sales manager, Luis, 1 bit. He gave off sleezy con artist vibes more than anyrhing. Overall I'm very pleased that I got a new Elanta Hybrid.

I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Elantra Limited at Brandon Hyundai, and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The customer service was excellent from our initial encounter through the entire purchasing process, including the final paperwork and signing stage. Brandon Success and Blake Perry were both outstanding to work with. Although the vehicle purchased was not the vehicle I initially went in for, Brandon worked extremely hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted and made the entire experience pleasurable! Unfortunately the folks working at this dealership are not true to their word and are withholding $7,000 that they owe me and promised to refund me. Late last year I purchased a 2026 Toyota Tucson from this dealership. I decided at time of purchase to do a limited warranty, though I did not have to, but the salesman, Robert Leach who I worked with was really pushing for it. Within the week I changed my mind, did all the necessary paperwork to reverse the decision, and was promised a refund by the Financial Services Director. I have reached out to the company who does their warranties, they have refunded the money to Brandon Hyundai but Brandon Hyundai has failed to refund the money as promised, despite multiple attempts to contact someone to discuss this. Unfortunately what was a great experience has now turned into a severe problem.

First & foremost, I want to give the biggest shout out to Moe! He has got to be one of the most personable, polite & honest person I’ve had the experience to meet! He is someone that I would call family at this point. On target & willing to work with anyone. My friend went to him & he did the same for her. I recommend Brandon Hyundai, and just to add, from Moe all the way down the line, office manager, service manager, insurance, to finance, to detailing, exceptional! My Palisade is something I never thought I could afford, but they all, as a collaborative, made the effort to make for us, so we say Thank You!

Let me start by saying I am a big Tommy Mikula fan. Car buying does not have to be painful or hard. Do your research, know the pricing, be realistic, and work with a great dealership. Krystal was a perfect salesperson; she was kind and patient. Tyler helped manage the process, listened to us, and didn't play any silly games. We were torn between what we wanted, a Palisade, and what we felt was the compromise, a Sonota. We had the opportunity to test drive both without any pressure. Krystal physically searched for inventory and took the time to show us multiple vehicles at multiple price points, and, more importantly, she gave my wife and me the space to discuss each one. We really were not going to purchase on the day; it was a test drive and exploration visit, but honestly, after spending an hour with her. We wanted her to get our business. I firmly believe people do business with people they like. We reviewed all the numbers with Tyler in detail, and they fell within the range our research led us to believe we had a good deal. Tyler was transparent and upfront. The button-up and finance stage was handled by Don, Donald is his dad, and again, we got straight talk and transparency. He presented the upsell items and gave us time and space to consider them, and when we rejected most of them, he did not take it personally. We took one that made sense to us and had value, and extended the bumper-to-bumper warranty at a price similar to a plan offered by our insurance company. Thank you to everyone at Brandon Hyundai for making our experience so very different from the stories we all hear and read about.
